2ndSightAI is developing an independent motion analytics platform for robotics and automation. The platform builds on 2ndSight analytics developed at Arcus and is designed to work with existing servo systems through available data interfaces.

Our vision is a platform that can work across servo manufacturers and turn individual machine observations into broader operational insight.
Our technology foundation
2ndSightAI builds on motion analytics developed at Arcus, including 3D position–velocity–current modeling and friction estimation. We plan to extend this foundation with physics-informed stream clustering at the edge, third-party servo integration, and cloud visualization.
The platform analyzes motion data while the existing servo drive continues to control the machine. Our goal is to help engineers identify meaningful changes in mechanical behavior across axes and machines.

The 2ndSight technology foundation comes from practical work in servo systems, embedded software, and industrial automation at Arcus. 2ndSightAI brings that engineering foundation into a broader motion analytics platform.
